Designed to fit seamlessly in every day life, cable climbers add a little whimsy to an everyday object: chargers.
100 units were realized from concept to product using rapid prototyping, CNC Machining and Injection Molding techniques.
Learning these processes were a cornerstone of my self-selected graduate studies curriculum. While injection molding is used to create billions of single-use and hard-to-recycle plastic parts today - it is also a standard industrial practice which I wanted to understand end-to-end in order to find a way to make it more circular in the near future.
